All kinds of fun things going on.
I am sending out some portfolio’s and all kinds of resume informative goodness to a few destinations in the next few days. There is a new Urban themed magazine that is impressive. It brings the dual threat to the table by being well written and visually appealing. The work I have done and continue to do would be a good fit. I figure it being new would give me better odds than at any time without knowing someone already.
Every now and again my Firefox browser pokes into Craig’s List. This job listing came across my screen. What is that? Everything I am interested in doing? The perfect fit for where I am in my journey? I will be promptly sending my information in for that gig. The desired salary thing always gets me. It would be nice to have a job where “+gratuity” wouldn’t be written behind my compensation.
Touched base with a friend of mine at the Wizards and it looks as though there will be some field level access for me. Hopefully this opportunity would lead into some real work with the Wizards. I could support Soccer in my own little way.
This coming Saturday will be penciled in for shooting. As it stands now the early morning\afternoon will be dedicated to the Nelson Arts Gallery with some sunset shots at the top of the Western Auto building things to Mr. Thompson’s help.
